Job OverviewThe Technical Repair Team Lead works under the purview of the Production/Assistant Production Manager.Responsibilities include work planning, allocation of work tasks and supervising a team of Repair and Refurbishment Technicians.Repair Technical Supervisors need to be competent in IT hardware assembly, disassembly and troubleshooting to direct and lead diagnostics and repair activities, execute preventive and corrective action as well as perform root cause and failure analysis.The Order Management Team Lead works under the purview of the Production/Assistant Production Manager.Responsibilities include work planning, allocation of work tasks and supervising a team of IT Equipment Audit and Order Processing Technicians.Order Management Supervisors need to be competent in IT equipment set up and configuration including the installation and management of operating systems, productivity software and other infrastructure related management software.[Apply now at; JOB REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications-A Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Degree in EandE Engineering or an equivalent technical vocational qualificationExperience5 years experience in the IT Hardware field PC/Network/Server support and management field.Well versed in IT Hardware troubleshooting and knowledge with a system builder or related industry will be an added advantage.Has led or supervised a team of technical personnel
