Responsibilities:Preparation of contracts, Sale & Purchase Agreement, transfer documents and other legal documentation.
Communication with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
Keeping track of deadlines and ensuring the timely completion of transactions.
Filing and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
Liaising with banks and financial institutions.
Salary Commensurate with working experience and qualification.
Minimum Requirements:Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent and/or a Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) or equivalent.
Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in conveyancing matters (Sub Sale).
Must be able to work independently under minimal supervision, reliable and responsible.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal) will be an added advantage.
Multitasking and well-organised.
Work closely with clients, developers, real estate agents, management bodies, and financiers.
To attend signing with clients at/outside the office.
Salary Commensurate with working experience and qualification.

Timing / Shifts: 5 Days Week
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 6.00 pm (1 hour Lunch break 1pm-2pm)
