1. Mis/ It Assistant

? Provide daily IT infrastructure/operations support to internal users. ? Provide support for Hardware, desktop/laptop applications software e.g. Microsoft Office, antivirus and etc. ? Network and security applications. ? Configuration of IT Workstation and Equipment including desktops/PCs, laptops,printer and mobile device. ? Manage & maintain company CCTV, door access, handpunch and telephone system. ? Provide prompt end-user support on ERP modules business applications. ? Liase with purchasing / sales personnel regarding incoming and outgoing goods. ? Maintain and up to date IT hardware and software inventory. ? Provide random audit user desktops/PC for illegal software. . ? Other duties as assigned by superior.SKILL REQUIRED ? Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. ? Knowledge of Windows, LAN & WAN. ? Able to work independently with minimum supervision. ? Must be self-motivated, independent. ? Ability to work outside normal office hours on occasions.
