Your new role
Your responsibilities include:
-Source and attract the best talent in the market on behalf of our customers
-Bring our find and engage methodology to life using tools and technology to apply sourcing techniques that will identify target talent pools and active/passive candidates
-Be seen as the sourcing expert, demonstrating knowledge of the talent landscape and relevant candidate attraction strategies.
-Increase direct fill rates, reduce time to hire and maximise fees
-Conduct intake briefing calls with the hiring manager and client partner at the requisition creation stage.
-Provide advice on an appropriate route to market and agree to a sourcing strategy
-Strong stakeholder management skills with an on-site team

We welcome people with 1-2 years of working experience in recruitment :
-Solid ability to evaluate candidates
-Strong communication skills (written and oral).
