Company Background: Motor dealerWorking Time: Mon Fri: 9am 6pm; Sat: 9am 1pmWorking Location: Kempas, JB**Job responsibilities**Account Management- To develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate sales revenue with channels and marketplaces and meeting company assigned sales target.- To liaise with e-commerce partners to build relationships, understand category and brandperformance across channels and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives.- To monitor and reply to customer replies appropriately. Manage to follow up with customersrequests, enquires, orders etc.- To assist in developing, monitoring, and recommending improvement initiatives on businessprocesses, customer services and new techniques to optimize the potential sales.- To focus on market trends and benchmark competitors and be responsible for providing in-depthreaps about category trends to manager to better inform future assortment strategies.- To prepares and presents sales reports and analysis during post campaign.Content Management- To ensure accurate product images and optimized product title / descriptions for our SKUs andcampaigns.- To identify content required to provide optimal product information and customer insight.- To be responsible for end-to-end e-commerce performance including, sales, availability, pricing,listing content, listing ranking, on-site visibility, off-site traffic generation, order management,order fulfilment and after sales service.- To assist in performing other ad hoc duties or projects assigned by superior.**Job requirements**/ Management / Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.- Required language (s): English and Bahasa Malaysia- At least 1 year of experience in E-commerce background and marketplaces.- Experience in planning and provide support for promotion plans and campaign coordination.- Strong marketing sense and innovative.- Passionate in the use of SEO, social media and popular networking from internet to generate salesgrowth.- Ability to brainstorm good creative ideas and content.- Ability to produce as an individual or work together as a team.- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
