Responsibility :
1. Able to design, create and deliver high quality animations on characters, creatures, animals, and objects that best expresses the story in meeting project requirement, and at the same time fulfill the creative expectations.
2. Able to create expressive character animation portraying a wide range of emotions.
3. Collaborate with the team to create a syllabus that meets industry needs.
4. Meet up to Clazroom quality and standards.
5. To ensure the efficient and effective delivery of teaching programmes in accordance with the college's strategy, policy and procedure.
6. To implement feedback from program reviews and research new innovations in both learning design and education.
7. To design, develop, learning and teaching material and deliver either a cross a range of modules or within a subject area.
8. Ensure that syllabus designs and delivery comply with quality standards and regulations of the college.
9. Select appropriate assessment and criteria, assess the work and progress of students by referring to the criteria and provide constructive feedback to students.
10. Identify areas where current provision is in need of revision or improvement and contribute to the planning, design and development of objectives and material.
11. Assist recruitment team in school visitation, studio visitation and recruitment process.
12. Create and support marketing material, including some marketing event like open day and exhibition.

; Requirements:- 1. Minimum one (1) year of 3D Animation experience for lecturer
2. Minimum five (5) years of 3D Animation experience for Senior lecturer
3. Basic knowledge in Maya, and other proprietary animation tools.
4. Good knowledge of animation principles like body movement, anticipation, weight, follow-through, squash and stretch.
5. Good knowledge of animation setup like IK, FK, deformation and blendshape.
6. Strong foundation of human anatomy, body languages, acting, storytelling, and cinematography.
7. Demonstrate a good sense of posing, timing, and weight.
8. Knowledge on Motion Builder will be a plus.
9. Attention to details.
10. Good knowledge of directory structure, file formats, naming conventions and automation tools.
11. Good communication skills, able to take direction positively.
12. Ability to work in a team with no conflicts.
13. Eager to learn and willing to accept new opportunities and challenges.
