3D GeneralistThis is a full-time on-site role for a 3D Generalist at ASTATICA in Petaling Jaya.
The 3D Generalist will be responsible for tasks such as modelling, rigging, texturing, lighting, animation, and rendering to contribute to the production of high-quality visual content.
The core essential areas of skills involve Product Animation, Character Animation, and Liquid / Particle Simulation.
Majority of the time, the Artist is producing 3D work, exploring new techniques, sharing knowledge and solutions with teammates, and initiating internal experimental/test projects for the purpose of pitching to prospective clients and the company's showreel/portfolio compilation.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience, preferably in the film post-production/advertising industry.
Skills needed: 3D modelling, rigging, texturing, lighting, animation, rendering, camera tracking, character animation, and liquid/particle simulation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a creative team environment.
Knowledge of industry-standard software and tools.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Relevant Bachelor's degree in Animation, Visual Effects, or related field.
