Full job descriptionResponsibilities:Develop detailed designs and layouts of piping systems for industrial plants, including process piping, utility piping, and instrumentation lines.Create 3D models of industrial plants, including equipment placement, structural supports, and access routes, to optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency.Specify piping components, valves, fittings, and equipment based on project requirements, material compatibility, and industry standards.Select appropriate materials for piping systems based on process requirements, operating conditions, and cost considerations, ensuring compatibility with process fluids and environmental factors.Generate project specifications, design philosophy, detail calculations, piping class etc to meet project requirement and specification.Prepare and update technical specifications and datasheets to meet specific project requirements, perform engineering calculations, and provide technical solutions.Ensure compliance with international and industry standards, accepted engineering practices and safety regulations.Requirements:Certificate in design/drafting/mechanical engineering or related fieldAt least two (2) years working experience especially in piping processes, design & build, EPCC projects, chemical and industrial plantsProficient in AutoCAD Plant 3DStrong knowledge of piping design, materials, and construction practices.Able to interpret technical information and documents; prepare design calculations; liaise and solve technical engineering problems.Interpersonal, able to communicate effectively at all level; and a good team playerBenefits:Competitive remuneration packageOutpatient Medical include direct familyGroup Hospitalization & Surgical SchemePersonal Accident InsuranceAllowance (travel stipends, transportation, outstation, etc.)Sport Club, social, recreational and regular team activitiesPersonal development opportunitiesOpen cultureJob Type: Full-timePay: RM3,000.00 – RM4,200.00 per monthSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:AutoCAD Plant 3D: 2 years (Required)Expected Start Date: 08/01/2024#J-18808-Ljbffr
