1. Few years of experience rigging CG characters for film production, animation TV series or visual effects.
2. Strong knowledge of Maya, with an understanding of the dependency graph, utility nodes, and the use of expressions.
3. To ensure the efficient and effective delivery of teaching programmes in accordance with the college's strategy, policy and procedure
4. To implement feedback from program reviews and research new innovations in both learning design and education
5. To design, develop, learning and teaching material and deliver either a cross a range of modules or within a subject area.
6. Ensure that syllabus designs and delivery comply with Clazroom quality standards and regulations of the college.
7. Collaborate with the team to create a syllabus that meets industry needs.
8. Select appropriate assessment and criteria, assess the work and progress of students by referring to the criteria and provide constructive feedback to students
9. Identify areas where current provision is in need of revision or improvement and contribute to the planning, design and development of objectives and material
10. Assist recruitment team in school visitation, studio visitation and recruitment process.
11. Create and Support marking material, including some marketing event like open day and exhibition

; Requirements:- 1. Minimum five (1) years of 3D Rigging experience for lecturer
2. Minimum five (5) years of 3D Rigging experience for Senior lecturer
3. Basic knowledge of rigging systems, deformation, CG rigging tools, technique, and principles
4. Good understanding of the human anatomy, body movement and body mechanics
5. Good understanding of the principles of animation. Must be able to think like an animator when considering how rigs will move or deform
6. Basic knowledge of scripting in Python, C++ and MEL will be a plus
7. Attention to details
8. Good knowledge of directory structure, file formats, naming conventions and automation tools
9. Good communication skills, able to take direction positively
