Job Responsibilities: Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues, providing technical guidance and implementing corrective actions.
Monitor supplier performance, analyze quality data, and develop improvement plans to ensure consistent quality.
Develop and implement quality control procedures for incoming materials, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications.
Work closely with internal teams to address quality concerns, including root cause analysis and preventive measures.
Maintain detailed reports on supplier performance, defect rates, and quality-related improvements.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supplier quality role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in quality control methodologies and familiarity with quality standards like ISO.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
