With a focus on innovation and efficiency, they are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize their supply chain operations.
Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage the entire supply chain function, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationships.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely delivery of materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and engineering, to support operational needs and maintain seamless supply chain processes.
Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, ensuring continuity and minimizing disruptions.
Analyze supply chain performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing supply chain systems and processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
Experience in electronics manufacturing or a similar industry is a plus.
