A well-established electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, this company focuses on delivering advanced solutions in Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and box-built operations. They are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team and manage the end-to-end process of PCBA and box-built product manufacturing.
Job Responsibilities: Oversee the engineering team involved in PCBA and box-built operations, ensuring optimal performance and quality.Lead product design reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution from design to production.Manage the implementation of engineering processes and improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce defects, and minimize costs.Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality control protocols, and customer requirements throughout the production process.Provide technical guidance and leadership to engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Coordinate with the supply chain, production, and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues and maintain production timelines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.At least 10 years of experience in PCBA and box-build operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, including SMT, through-hole, and box build assembly.Proven ability to lead and manage engineering teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
