They are currently looking for a Facility Technician to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of their manufacturing facilities.
Job Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks for facility equipment, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.Monitor and maintain building systems, including plumbing, lighting, and security.Conduct regular inspections to identify areas in need of repair or improvement.Collaborate with external contractors for more complex repair tasks.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving them promptly to avoid production downtime. Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facility Management.1-3 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical systems, and building maintenance.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in facility management.
