Perform preventative maintenance and repair work on molds, dies, and other tooling components.
Work closely with the prduction team to identify tooling issues and implement timely corrective actions.
Inspect and measure tooling components to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
Collaborate with engineering and quality departments to optimize tooling performance and improve efficiency.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, tooling changes, and machine settings.
Requirements: Diploma or certification in Tooling, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
1-3 years of experience in tooling maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical knowledge of tooling, mold setup, and related equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use precision measuring tools.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
