Job Responsibilities: Source and procure materials, components, and equipment required for production, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards.Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to secure favorable pricing and delivery timelines.Collaborate with internal departments such as engineering and production to align procurement activities with project requirements.Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.Manage supplier evaluation and qualification processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure sufficient stock for production needs while minimizing excess inventory. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally in the manufacturing or engineering sector.Strong negotiation and analytical skills.Familiarity with procurement software and tools, as well as ERP systems.Excellent communication and organizational skills.
