Job Responsibilities: Conduct detailed analysis of existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement.Design and implement process optimization strategies to improve efficiency, reduce cycle time, and enhance product quality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.Monitor process performance metrics such as cycle time, yield, and scrap rate, and develop strategies to meet or exceed these targets.Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.Implement statistical process control (SPC) techniques to ensure quality and reduce process variation. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in rubber, plastic, or metal production.Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for process design and optimization.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and process improvement methodologies. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge and a passion for process improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
