They are currently looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to focus on improving and managing sheet metal production processes.
Job Responsibilities: Develop, write, and validate CNC programs for sheet metal fabrication using AMADA/Bysoft Oversee the setup and operation of sheet metal fabrication processes, including press brakes and laser cutting machines.
Collaborate with production teams to improve production efficiency and resolve technical issues related to metal fabrication.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on reducing cycle time, improving quality, and optimizing cost.
Provide technical support and training to production staff, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication, including jig and fixture design.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and experience with CNC machining.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process optimization methodologies.
