Job Responsibilities: Assist in the design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment.Support senior engineers in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing corrective actions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow and process efficiency.Participate in the setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment.Maintain accurate documentation of engineering activities, including test results and process changes.Gain hands-on experience in various engineering functions, including mechanical, electrical, and production engineering. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).Strong interest in manufacturing processes and willingness to learn.Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Basic knowledge of engineering software and tools is an added advantage.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
