Job Responsible : Reviewing and updating supply chain practices in line with company policies, standards, laws and regulations Negotiating terms and prices with suppliers and freight companies, monitoring and assessing their performance and maintaining cost-effective practices Material cost Saving Supplier consolidation New Project RFQ Cycle Time Aged inventory Reduction Monitoring open Purchase Orders and Stock Status reports and expediting order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery Procurement Compliance Assist logistics process, inventory maintenance, shipment and delivery, and returns on products Lead the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Any other ad-hoc task which require time to time Knowledge/Skills/Abilities /Competencies Knowledge of Materials Management Ability to work independently
