Explore potential markets and segments to uncover growth opportunities. Actively participate in management meetings to discuss and execute effective business strategies. Develop and manage proposals for new projects or partnerships, collaborating with engineering and operations teams to ensure feasibility and alignment. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and expand networks. Leverage industry contacts to identify new business opportunities. Lead negotiations for contracts, ensuring terms are favorable for the company, and oversee contract compliance and performance. Strengthen the companys brand presence within the assigned industry or region by creating impactful marketing materials and engaging with the target audience. Assess and mitigate risks associated with new projects or clients by developing strategic risk management plans. Establish a robust commercial structure aligned with the companys business direction and vision. Ensure stability and reliability across the entire supply chain to meet customer expectations effectively. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and trust. Provide training for sales and marketing teams on new services, market trends, and best practices to enhance organizational capabilities. Job requirements: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, with preference given to candidates with prior business development management experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative mindset. Experience in both technical/manufacturing and commercial aspects is an advantage. Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with excellent coordination skills for task execution. Strong presentation skills and the initiative to drive business growth.
