Job Desription: Control and ensure the implementation of corrective/preventive actions related to production processes and equipment.
Ensure machines are properly maintained and set up before each production run to avoid any disruptions.
Timely repair of defective boards to maintain production flow and prevent delays.
Develop NPI (New Product Introduction) product SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) machine programming, NPI stencil, NPI template, and reflow oven profiles.
Have authority to access and edit SMT machine programming data.
Update SMT/AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) programs when there are changes to product specifications.
Control and monitor all SMT/AOI programs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Recommend quality improvement measures to the immediate superior to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Assign trained operators to the correct job functions based on their capabilities.
Ensure all workers under supervision receive the necessary training for their tasks.
Encourage workers to report violations of company labor and ethics policies to maintain a safe and ethical working environment.
Ensure identified labor and ethics issues are corrected promptly to uphold company standards.
Follow all company policies and procedures in day-to-day operations to ensure compliance and consistency.
Job requirement: Education: High Certificate, Diploma, or Degree.
Skills: Basic computer knowledge; electronic and mechanical knowledge; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with hands-on experience in equipment and process management.
