They are seeking a Manufacturing Project Management (MPM) Supervisor to lead the manufacturing team, oversee capacity planning, manage customer interactions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Description:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers within the factory.
Lead the manufacturing team in managing RFQs, MOH, capacity planning, and quality reviews.
Ensure the manufacturing team consistently meets or exceeds customer requirements.
Drive internal initiatives for improvement within the manufacturing team.
Coordinate and manage customer audits in partnership with the manufacturing team.
Effectively and efficiently resolve customer complaints.
Attend customer meetings to review capacity, address quality concerns, and discuss other operational matters.
Job Requirements:
Educational Requirements:
Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Diploma holders with at least 5 years of experience will also be considered.
Skills and Attributes:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
