Position: Chargeman A4Greasing the wheels of day-to-day operationsInvolved in the overall upkeep of plant and facilities equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.To do this, you'll need to regularly inspect all equipment rooms and other facilities, and take note of any problems using the predefined checklists.Lead for Chargeman role through work plans for preventive maintenance, reactive WO, predictive maintenance and give out technical recommendations/report as needed.Support providing monthly report for CE Equipment status & CE maintenance approval arrangement.Other Accountabilities-Competence person for managing/operate Standby Generator & Electrical installation system (Maintenance, routine test, routine inspection & any Gov compliance/ registration)-Lead in managing maintenance work for Critical Equipment such as UPS, Fire Suppression system, Precision AC, Split unit, Small Scale BAS system & others equipment for Server Room.-To coordinate arrangement with client & Vendor for maintenance work process-To 1st level trouble shoot, repair, overhaul and maintain all M&E equipment's- Understand how to read electrical & as built drawing.-Ensure all electrical fittings are in good working order-Replace fused, fluorescent tubes, chokes, starter, fuses, etc when the need arises-To do periodic preventive maintenance on all M&E equipment's-To attend all breakdown promptly at all times-Attend to complaints or feedback by tenants relating to building electrical works and follow up with contractors to ensure rectification works are carried out and keep tenants informed of the progress of such works.-Assist in the handing over taking over of tenanted premises including follow up on electrical worksInspection of additions, alteration and reinstatement works relating to fitting out services in the building.-Take care of all firefighting services, Façade lighting, fire panels, intercom, turnstile and etc-To ensure all pumps – wet riser, & sprinkler pumps in working order.-Perform weekly facilities inspection.To withdraw job request from OVSC (job request system) and execute with approval by client or the authorized person assigned by client.This include repair maintenance and servicing for all fire panel in the building-Overall assist to FC and client representative which is not far from the job scope.-24 hours on call standby which regarding critical equipment's on below system:-To make sure all daily, weekly & monthly checklist submitted on timeCertified and experienced-Possesses of competent certificate A4 Chargeman-minimum working experience 3 years-Able to reading, speaking & writing in English (Minimum Intermediate level)-Know how to use Microsoft Office & Email tools for smoothing day to day operations processLocation: On-site –Cyberjaya, MalaysiaJLL, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.We take our responsibility to protect the personal information provided to us seriously.Generally the personal information we collect from you are for the purposes of processing in connection with JLL's recruitment process.We endeavour to keep your personal information secure with appropriate level of security and keep for as long as we need it for legitimate business or legal reasons.We will then delete it safely and securely.
