About the job (A) Aesthetic Therapist/BeauticianBe part of a passionate customer-oriented team.
Basic Salary + Attractive Commission scheme + Year-end bonus, up to 6k.
Off every Sunday, 6 days off each month.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O-Level preferably with Professional certificates such as CIDESCO, CIBTAC & ITEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Personal Services, or equivalent.
(SPM is just a basic requirement to all jobs in Malaysia)Required skill(s): Customer Care, Facial Skill, and Good Interpersonal skills.
Required language(s): Fluent Mandarin & English.
Fluent Mandarin speakers are preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Training will be provided.Added advantage if have prior working experience in an aesthetic clinic.
Full Time positions only.Able to work on weekends/public holidays (Off in lieu or compensation will be provided).
Good Team player.
Willing to learn and must be hardworking.Responsibilities
Providing and maintaining high standard of customer care and services.
Promoting sales of products and services.
Assisting doctors to perform aesthetic procedures.
Carrying out beauty treatments such as facials.
Answering phone calls and taking care of the reception counter.
Appointment booking and follow-up calls to the customers.
Maintaining a clean and tidy clinic environment as required.
Remarks:
- Must have aesthetic experience.
- 2nd interview will be hands-on interview, which will take 30-40 mins.
- Mandarin is not essential language at the clinic as they serve customers from all over the world.
- Our patients are majority English speaking patients, they are Malays, Indians, and expatriate foreigners in our neighbourhood in Mont Kiara.#J-18808-Ljbffr
