Achieving growth and delivering agreed sales budget
Work closely with General Manager to design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence
Build and manage business development pipeline to achieve annual sales growth above the industry average
Develop new key accounts for sustainable sales growth
Propose and execute strategic business direction in line with Division direction
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Liaise with the NPI team for prompt RFQ and delivery
Requirements:
Late 20s to mid 30s (Chinese preferred)
Minimum 5-8 years relevant manufacturing experience (preferably in medical devices, contract manufacturing sector, or plastic manufacturing)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Engineering, or related field
Successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding sales budget
Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence all levels of contact point
