About the job (A) Brand Executive (Senior or AM)
We are looking for a Senior Brand Executive to support the senior regional brand manager in developing, overseeing executing marketing plans, brand launches, manage the existing portfolio of products and implement, track and optimize insight-driven marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.Prefer someone that is more in tune to modern trade channel Guardian/Watsons/Sasa/ other related pharmacy.
(When sharing your CV, please also share a list of clients that you served before)Key Responsibility Area - Support Marketing Planning & ExecutionPlan and implement an annual marketing activity including digital marketing campaigns, BTL/Trade Marketing promotions (in-store, roadshows, direct mailers, POSMs) and innovations.Based on market and consumer insights, support the development of integrated marketing and budget plans that meet business objectives.Proactively partner with Commercial and Cross-functional teams in deliverables including KPI tracking and execution.Track KPIs and optimize marketing activities based on business results.Manage creatives and content and work closely with the creative team.Support the development of digital & social media strategies for the Malaysia Market to raise brand awareness, drive traffic, and sales.Offer any ad hoc support to Brand manager as advised.Work with agencies and third-party suppliers to deliver the marketing plan in a timely and cost-effective basis.Mandatory Experience and QualificationsMinimum 3-6 years in FMCG industry including hands-on experience in supporting the creation of compelling digital and BTL marketing strategies that have led to achievement of business KPIs.Bachelor of Commerce/Marketing or other relevant tertiary qualifications would be advantageous.Mandatory CompetenciesSelf-starter, self-motivated, takes initiative and loves to see the results of their actions.Interpersonal savvy ability to establish rapport at all levels, build constructive and effective relationships and be a good team player.Negotiation and Conflict Management - negotiates skillfully in tough situations and settles disputes.Outcome and results-focused.Ability to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and quickly adapt to business needs and meet tight deadlines.Superior project management skills.Superior written and verbal communication skills.Superior analytical, data synthesis and reporting skills.Understand & up to date with the trends in digital marketing.Strong track record of consistent in market delivery.What you'll get in returnIn return for your dedication and hard work, you'll be rewarded with:Working in a fast-growing company.Expanding your work scope and experience in Digital Marketing to drive the business.Involvement and ownership of projects in a growing industry.Challenging yet fulfilling career and opportunity to support regional marketing.Benefits:Salary up to RM 5000.Beauty Allowance, Medical insurance, Free parking, 5-day work week, Alternate Saturday half day, 12 days Annual Leave.#J-18808-Ljbffr
