Responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading IT-related activities (software, data-analysis, hardware, and infrastructure).
Manage all phases of IT projects to the agreed scope, time, budget, and quality.
Job Responsibilities:
Evaluate team processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutions.
Manage key strategic initiatives to meet goals, including development of program objectives, timelines, costs, and resources.
Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.
Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT solutions.
Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.
Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in a timely manner.
Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.
Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience preferably from medium to large corporate.
Experience in managing SQL Server, .NET, managing Hybrid App Development, managing Software & Hardware Infrastructure team, and leading a team with a minimum of 10 members.
Personal & Interpersonal skills: Trust and honesty, active and good listening, good teamwork, aggressive and self-starter, leader style (not bossy style), good communication, mature thinking with a good working attitude, think out of the box.
