Job Title: Implementation Project ManagerJob Description
Responsibilities:The primary responsibility of the Implementation Project Manager is to lead a successful implementation, meeting timelines and budget requirements.
The manager coordinates and prioritizes project tasks, manages timelines, maintains project plans, and communicates status to clients and all relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and find resolutions to issues.
Able to prioritize and manage concurrently running projects.
Establish a good working relationship with customers and internal commercial and technical teams.
Work with external vendors as needed and travel on-site to client meetings.
Ensure the project is implemented within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
Prepare technical documentation for submission in relation to project implementation.
Engage with customers and interpret their needs to derive advice that aligns with their demands.
Requirements:University degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
Mandatory knowledge and use of MS Project tool (e.g., Gantt chart).
Strong working and technical knowledge in IT networks and applications.
Able to manage and lead in project meetings.
Independent, proactive working attitude, passionate and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
Strong communication skills – both written, oral, and presentation in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Great interpersonal skills, self-motivated, customer-focused with an outgoing personality and analytical mind.
