About the JobCandidates with 7-10 years of experience in the QE field, which is potential for GG11 – GG12.
Quality Engineer for assigned product technology and process.
Ensure quality and stability for Technology Transfer and Technology Development referring to Q-team requirements or similar quality methods.
Lead Deviation Management & Risk Management on assigned responsibilities.
Leadership skills - ability to drive & manage projects of varying complexity & size.
Lead problem-solving in a systematic way (Thinking 6 Sigma, 8D, 5 Whys).
Moderate FMEA and risk assessments for new tool/process releases.
Checker for procedures to ensure they meet quality targets.
Drive continuous quality improvement projects.
Requirements:Degree / Master / PhD in Electrical/Electronic, Physics, Material Engineering, or equivalent engineering or science discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor technology / Wafer fabrication / Quality Engineering.
Ability to apply Thinking 6 Sigma, 8D, 3x5 Why Analysis, and FMEA.
Strong analytical skills with systematic approaches.
Willing to explore in depth on assigned technology & processes.
Initiate continuous improvement projects for any process weaknesses.
Passionate about quality systems & committed to delivering the best.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Interest in interaction with all levels of employees internally or externally.
