About the job (A) Staff Specialist Compensation & BenefitsLeads the research, design, and implementation of projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provides ongoing audits of various compensation and benefit programs while providing suggestions for improvements.
Assist in monitoring company's overall market position and competitive practices via conducting market surveys and benchmarking.
Performs competitive and gap analysis, and monitors the cost effectiveness and consistency of programs.
Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits strategies through systematic procedures and policies that are aligned with the overall business objectives of the Company.
Responsible for managing the compensation & benefits tools to ensure that the Company's compensation & benefit programs maintain their relevancy and competitiveness.
Maintain accurate compensation and benefits related data in systems.
Analyse on compensation and benefits trend, review policies and improve HR processes to meet business needs.
Responsible for C&B projects on Annual Performance Management, Annual Increment, Bonus/Incentive, and Promotions.
Responsible to work on various project teams related to compensation and benefits.
Conduct and participate in salary & benefits surveys and benchmark on data.
Salary calibrations based on internal equity.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:Minimum 5 years working experiences in C & B area preferably in manufacturing based industry.
Degree in HR/Management or its related field.
Network and good rapport and relationships with external industry experts for benchmarking and networking purposes.
