Key Responsibilities:1.
To oversee Area Managers and responsible for the region performance to meet region KPIs and A&W operational standards.
2.
Plan and work to budgets, maximize profits and achieve sales targets set by the Management
3.
To provide the region sales analysis and prepare necessary proposal on the regions sales/financial/KPI results
4.
To conduct monthly Business Review with each Area Managers
5.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing Restaurant Management Team (RMT)
6.
Maintain a strong focus on quality assurance, food safety, and health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies
7.
Foster a positive work culture that accordance to Company core values that encourages teamwork, open communication, and a commitment to excellence among staff
8.
Daily intervention on trigger point exceptions from daily financial report and daily complaints
9.
To prepare master plan for each new store opening activities in the region, ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the restaurant comply with health and safety regulations
10.
Prepare reports and other performance analysis documentation

Store visitation and market visitsQualifications & Requirements:-

2.
Minimum 7 years' managing experience in multiple F&B outlets & group of area managers, with proven records of operational success in sales & cost control
3.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
4.
Analytical and report writing skills
5.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders
6.
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams
7. Business acumen and excellent with figures and P&L
8.
