Descriptions Our team provides managed payroll services for clients in all sectors and we are looking for experienced and self-motivated individual who has good knowledge of Payroll to lead the Payroll Outsourcing team in the delivery of monthly payrolls to key clients. You must be a team player and have an enthusiasm to succeed at all levels. In the long term, successful applicants will work alongside the Regional/Global Payroll/HR Lead to support both implementation of multi territory payrolls in the region. Responsibilities Client Account & Solution Service Management (Operations): Champion in client servicing through strategic Account Management for solutions adopted by strategic clients; Spearhead Payroll Outsourcing service offerings and regional payroll management with KPMG local firms for delivery of regional services; Manage Payroll engagement teams and ensure they deliver all payroll engagements on a timely basis with quality Accountable for Payroll division billings and monitor debtors with help of Administrative Assistance and Portfolio Owners (POs); Participate in project management as Payroll functional consultant as team member for new regional implementations during requirements stage; Maintain related clients' SOP and policies documents, updating them when change is initiated by team/POs; Encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst team members, and promote an inclusive working environment Business Development Support: Support team in development of standard/updated sales presentation slides; Support proposal process for assigned target accounts; Maintain clients'/prospective clients' database; Involve in reviewing proposals drafted by Payroll POs for Service Line Leader's finalization; Building and maintaining relationships with the wider KPMG firms network Requirements Bachelor's degree and relevant post-graduate qualification in relevant disciplines; Relevant 6-8 years of working experience in Payroll Administration and relevant experience in an Outsourcing environment will be an added advantage; Robust project management ability with drive and confidence; Strong conceptual thinking skills and numbers acumen, including analytical abilities and knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Strong people management skills and ability to work with people of all levels; Excellent writing skills and good verbal communications; Adaptive, flexible and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision; Keen to play a pivotal role within a highly focused Payroll service delivery team with a vision to lead the division and scale to higher leadership role.
