Mantissa College is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Head to oversee and enhance the Online Distance Learning (ODL) in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program.
This role is crucial in ensuring the program's academic quality, operational efficiency, and student success.

Review industry trends and student feedback to improve the curriculum.
Oversee course materials and ensure they meet academic standards.
Manage and support faculty, ensuring they align with program goals.
Ensure the program meets accreditation standards and internal quality benchmarks.
Provide academic guidance and career advice to students.
Offer one-on-one advising and help students with academic and personal challenges.
Facilitate communication and engagement through online platforms.
Address student concerns and conflicts effectively.
Develop and oversee assessments like exams and assignments.
Ensure assessments are fair and align with learning outcomes.
Collect feedback from students and make necessary improvements to the program.
Ensure the program runs smoothly with proper scheduling and resource management.
Work with administrative departments to support enrolment and student services.
Prepare reports on program performance and faculty activities.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the BBA program.
Participate in outreach activities to attract new students.
Assist with student recruitment and orientation.
Integrate new technologies and e-learning tools to enhance the program.
Support faculty and students in using these tools effectively.
Encourage innovative teaching methods to keep students engaged.
Build relationships with industry partners for practical experiences.
Organize guest lectures and workshops with industry experts.
Develop and maintain an active alumni network for networking and career opportunities.
Ideal ProfileCandidate must possess at least a Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of academic experience.
CGPA of 3.5 or above.
Proven experience in academic leadership, curriculum development, and quality assurance.
Strong understanding of industry trends and educational standards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage and coordinate faculty and staff effectively.
Experience with online learning platforms and technological integration.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience in marketing and recruitment activities for educational programs.
