Working Days:Monday to Friday
Here's an idea of what you will do:
You will support the development and implementation of training programmes aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of our team members. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the healthcare training sector and contribute to improving service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
Participate in the planning and coordination of training sessions and workshops.
Support the evaluation and feedback processes to assess training effectiveness.
Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in healthcare training.
Help manage administrative tasks related to training logistics and documentation.
Collaborate with team members to identify training needs and improve programmes.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for training initiatives.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Education, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Passion for learning and developing others.
