Car Service Centre/Hospitality Service IndustryMonday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
Duties & ResponsibilitiesAccount Admin Assistant Process daily and monthly documents, spreadsheet and reportsEnsure payments received accuratelyPrepare monthly paymentsCompleting bank reconciliationsHandling accruals and prepaymentsManaging company ledgers & prepare financial reportsCredit Control, managing account payable & receivableMaintain digital and physical financial recordsManaging cash flowAssisting with audits, tax submissions, fact checks, and resolving discrepanciesAccount Admin Executive Handling full sets of accounts.Prepare management accounts.Finalize accounts for annual audit and taxation matters.Managing companies' cash flow and finance related management reports.Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on statutory audit and tax matters.Ensure compliance with accounting standard & company policies.Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.Ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
