Details of the offer

Account & Admin Assistant- Contract - 3 months and convertible to permanent, depending on performance- Precision Manufacturing- Gelang Patah, Johor Bahru- Monday - Friday- 8.30am - 5.30pm- Min Diploma in any field- At least 2 years' working experience in administrative and accounting- Able to speak fluently in English- Basic salary : RM1800 ~ RM2000**Responsibilities**:- Document filling, sorting original and copy invoice, DO & PO, and scan all document (invoice, DO) in to HQ- Proceed invoice entry and payment entry in SQL account software- Pick up phone, arrange courier and stationery, manage office item other admin related work- Book travel ticket, transportation, and hotel**Requirements**:- Min Diploma in any field- At least 2 years' working experience in administrative and accounting- Able to speak fluently in English**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 3 months**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Administration: 2 years (preferred)- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
