Accounting Support:
-Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes.
-Maintain financial records with accurate data entry.
-Aid in reconciling bank statements and verifying financial transactions.
-Support in preparing financial reports and presentations.
-Monitor cash flow and maintain cash controls, including petty cash.
-Ensure proper processing and recording of supplier invoices and purchase orders.
-Prepare part-time payments.
-Process bank deposits and update accounting records in the system and Excel.
-To make sure AR is up to date. To chase payment for outstanding client.
Administrative Support:
-Assist in organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents.
-Coordinate scheduling, meeting coordination, and general office tasks.
-Handle incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage inquiries professionally.
-Aid in inventory management and procurement processes
-To do packing for event team before event day
-To clean up event items after event
-To handle shopee and lazada company account
-Able to multitask to support event team and management team

; Requirements:-
-Minimum Diploma in accounting or equivalent.
-Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel and Word), Cloud online systems such as Google Drive and OneDrive.
-Proficiency in accounting software (Financio is an added bonus).
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
-Comfortable working paperless as all our systems are online.
-Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Having your own transport is an advantage.
