Job Responsibilities? Assist in preparing and processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
? Reconcile bank statements and other financial records regularly.
? Assist in income tax computations.
? Track and follow up on outstanding payments for account receivables.
? Provide comprehensive accounting and administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
? Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
? Assist in the preparation of financial reports and summaries.
? Support tax filing and compliance activities, including preparing necessary documentation.
? Support administrative functions such as scheduling, document management, and correspondence.
? Prepare quotations and purchase orders in a timely manner.
? Assist with inventory management and control.
? Perform any other tasks, projects, or ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by HOD and Management.
