Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
About the roleMayekawa (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Account & Admin Executive to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time position will play a vital role in supporting our accounting and administrative functions, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
Responsible for LHDN e-invoice, including Invoice, Credit Note, Debit Note, Refund Note, Self-billed invoice.
Keying of database in SQL Accounting system for invoices, delivery orders etc. Ensure transactions are processed and properly recorded.
Assist Accounts Department activities and ensure reporting on-time.
Manage office general admin works, office maintenance, providing administrative support, administer record processing and file management system in the office.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
