Open Position: Account & Admin Executive   A Retail-based company is currently hiring for Account & Admin Executive to join them in the Petaling Jaya office.
  Key responsibilities include: More than 1 year working experience Responsible for the full set of accounts and monthly accounting reconciliation Responsible for data entry and maintaining proper filing system, ensuring all records are up to date and in proper order in day-to-day operation in accounting Responsible for inter-company billing and invoicing Responsible for banking-related matters: cheques, deposits, and online transactions Liaise with auditor and tax agent for accounts and tax purposes Responsible for administrative tasks like photocopying, arrangement and filling system, ensure office tools/equipment are working and well-maintained Perform admin-related duties and other adhoc duties as and when required Independent, able to multitask and work within timeline   If you are interested, please send your CV to for a confidential discussion.
