Details of the offer

Responsibilities:- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management- Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements- Process payments for expenses in accordance with approved procedures and agreed credit terms- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required- Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal- Manage recruitment including but not limited to preparation of JD, posting of job advertisements, arrangement of interviewers, preparation of employment contract and onboarding- Filing of employee income tax form- Preparing monthly payroll- Assist in new processes and system implementation when required- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned**Requirements**:**Requirements**:- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting / HR or relevant- Previous experience as HR or Account executive/officer within manufacturing industry.- Time management skills and the ability to delegate.- Able to evaluate, diagnose and troubleshoot problems- A team player with ability to work under minimum supervision- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Attendance bonus- Performance bonus
