About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Admin to join the team at Hock Hong Hardware Trading Sdn Bhd in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
What you'll be doing Maintaining accurate financial records and accountsPreparing and processing invoices, payments, and other financial documentsReconciling bank statements and managing accounts payable and receivableProviding administrative support to the accounting teamAssisting with month-end and year-end financial reportingEnsuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulationsWhat we're looking for Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar account admin or bookkeeping roleStrong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principlesProficient in using accounting software and MS Office suiteExcellent attention to detail and analytical skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with relevant accounting regulations and standardsWhat we offer
