About the roleWe are seeking a dedicated and organized Account and Admin Assistant to join our team at Hugo Tax & Management Services PLT based in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.
As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting operations and administrative functions, contributing to the overall success of our firm.
What you'll be doing
Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Performing data entry, maintaining accurate records and reconciling bank statement in our accounting systems
Handling administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and responding to client inquiries
Supporting the team with various projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed
What we're looking for
Relevant qualifications and experience in accounting or a related field
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to providing exceptional client service
Preference will be given to candidates who can join the team within a one to two month timeframe.
