Account Assistance

We're looking for an Accounts Assistant to help manage financial tasks and support our team.
What You'll Do: Process invoices, debit/credit notes, and statements accurately and on time. Update daily financial transactions and make sure records are correct. Help with bank reconciliation Help with audit work. Chase payments and respond to customer emails. Check invoices, bills, and receipts for accuracy before entering them into the system. Create and update invoices, manage reports in Excel, print and copy receipts, and file documents. Support the team with daily tasks like documentation, coordination, and follow-ups. Keep customer information up to date. Help with other tasks as needed by management. What We're Looking For: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (experience is a plus). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word). Can speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia,English and Mandarin. Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision. Good communication skills. Experience in sales or hardware is an advantage.
