Account Assistant/ Account Executive / Finance Manager ( East & West Malaysia )

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :  Assist in issuing invoices, credit notes, Receipts and statements of accounts.Processing customer PO and organizing shipments deliveries accordingly.Follow-up with logistics on orders, availability and delivery status.Perform systematic and proper filing of documents and ensure accurate and prompt billings.Perform checking and verification of payment and receipts before obtain approval from Finance Manager.Able to handling full set of accounts including account payable, receivable, general ledger, etc.Perform reconciliations of accounts such as bank reconciliation, debtors and creditors reconciliation etc.Oversee and support junior AR and AP assistants.Update all monthly stock schedule and supporting files for closing of divisional accounts.To assist Finance Department to prepare analytical reports to elaborate the performance of the operations accordingly. To assist in statutory audit and company tax filling to ensure all requirement are met and in order. To perform any functions and duties assigned by the superior. EDUCATION AND / OR WORK EXPERIENCE : Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or any other related field.Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in accounting/audit related field.Good knowledge of accounting practices and principles Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) Experience in SQL accounting software will be added advantagePossesses good work ethic, responsible, dedicated, and able to complete assigned tasks by due dates. Detailed-oriented, good interpersonal skills, team player, possesses self-initiative. Experienced in handling staffs tasks.Be able to communicate and work collaboratively with others in the organization.
