Account Assistant/ Account Executive

Manage and update daily accounting activities
Assist with day-to-day accounting operations (accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, general ledger entries)
Prepare bank reconciliations
Create and maintain spreadsheets
Assemble, sort, and systematically file documentation
Perform bookkeeping and general accounting tasks
Calculate and verify petty cash reimbursements
Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems
Ensure daily accuracy of system data
Assist in audit and tax preparation
Perform other duties as required by management
Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy
Proficiency in Accounting Software (MYOB/ ABSS) and Excel. Familiarity with other Accounting Software is advantageous
High accuracy and attention to detail
Independent, self-motivated, and adept at multitasking with strong communication skills
Salary Range:RM3,000- RM6,000 per month, depending on experience and abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
