We are looking for an Account Assistant/Account Executive.
The winning candidate will be working with the account team and in charge of day-to-day account operation and administration tasks along with the compliance necessary.
We are looking for detail-oriented, proactive individuals with strong organizational skills to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Assist with account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare and review financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and assist in audits and tax filings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Monitor receivables and ensure timely payment collections.
Maintain organized financial documentation for easy retrieval.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes and profitability.
Job RequirementsFor Account Assistant:
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in an accounting role or relevant internship experience.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems (e.g., Autocount, etc).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work efficiently on routine tasks and meet deadlines.
For Account Executive:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of accounting or finance experience.
Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Autocount, etc) and financial reporting tools.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulations.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide financial insights.
Experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and overseeing financial operations.
Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to manage larger, more complex projects.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with teams and providing strategic financial insights.#J-18808-Ljbffr
