Account Assistant / Account Executive

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Department- Assist in monitoring and updating cash book transactions in a timely manner.- Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding payments.- Able to perform admin support functions and account activities.- Handle international transactions and payments.- Maintain proper records and organization of the filling system.- To perform any other ad-hoc work as assigned by the superior from time to time**; Requirements**:- Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance/or equivalent- Meticulous and eye for details- Having knowledge of foreign exchange rates and currency conversions will be advantageous.- Computer literate (MS Office)- Willing to learn and committed to work.- Being able to start as soon as possible is an added advantage.- Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia- 1 -2 years of working experience preferred.
