Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, issue voucher, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.Processing transactions by accounting software such as data entry key in, updating ledgers, preparing financial reports, etc. Assisting with auditors, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies. Who are they looking for? Possess the relevant accounting qualification or currently pursuing professional accounting examinationFluent of mandarin are compulsory, as most of the client prefer to speak mandarin when discuss of accounts.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keepingExcellent organisational and time management skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive and problem-solving mindsetProficiency in using accounting software is an advantage to applicants.Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
