Account Assistant (Chinese Speaking)

KWANG TAI AIR COND: HQ (Kuching, Jalan Ang Cheng Ho) ACCOUNT PAYABLE (1 position) Responsibilities · Handle account payables, account receivables and perform general account tasks such as filling and data entry.
· To assist in day-to-day account related activities.
· Assist in all scopes related to Admin field.
· Work closely with other departments for daily finance operation matters.
· To perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements · Possess at least Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
· Has at least 1-2 years of working experience in accounting background would be an advantage.
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
· Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and  Bahasa Melayu.
ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE (1 position) Responsibilities · Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
· Perform day-to-day financial transaction, including account receivables data.
· Generate financial statements and reports detailing account receivable status.
· Prepare and issue invoice, receipt and related documents of receivables.
· Monitor payment with sales department and clients.
Requirements · Possess at least SPM / UEC or equivalent.
· Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English. Able to communicate in Chinese is added advantage. Benefits · Attractive yearly bonus and salary increment.
